Make your own wine
This is a wine experience where you are the main lead. During this workshop you will put on the shoes of an oenologist and make your own wine batch. Make a visit to the cellar and learn about all the production process with all the aspects and details, from the reception of the grape, through the fermentations, aging in barrel and bottling. Put your knowledge and senses to the test and make your own wine! All this always accompanied by some of the most typical flavours of Alentejo. Take your wine home, and share it with your friends and family!
